TURNAROUND TIMES 
 
Turnaround times may vary from each service. Please read the service description to learn more. Once booked, the estimated turnaround time will be available in your Client Portal. Note, in any event where a high volume of orders are placed, turnaround times may change in which client will be notified. If you have order services under Priority booking ($), your turnaround time will not be affected by volume of orders.


 

REFUND POLICY 
 

Posh Luxe Designs does not provide refunds for any services. Having buyers remorse or wanting to use another company instead is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made, the sale is final. It is advised that you give your project sufficient time for completion for these reasons: revisions may be needed, there may be a peak in the orders received or prior orders may take slightly longer than expected. We do provide a reasonable timeframe for each project, however, there may be an additional time needed to verify all sources before we can begin. Due to the work produced or in queue, payments already received by Posh Luxe Designs will not be refunded in order to offset the loss of business. If partial work has already been received by the client and they choose to cancel, the partial or full payment that has been paid will not be refunded. Ownership of all artwork, layouts and development will remain the property of Posh Luxe Designs and remaining work will not be sent to the client for their ownership. If the project is in it’s final stage, ownership will be transferred to client after full payment is received. By booking, you agree that you understand & agree with this policy.​

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to www.poshluxedesigns.com, and Posh Luxe Designs and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Posh Luxe Designs include www.poshluxedesigns.com. The Posh Luxe Designs website is a graphic design & branding site. By using the Posh Luxe Designs website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection & Usage of your Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a giveaways or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future. Protecting your private information is our priority & we do not enter in the practices of selling information. The usage of photos & other business information for your graphics & design work will be applied in which Posh Luxe Designs & [client] has ownership of the work created.
